Ryan Richard Heffner is the founding principal of the Potomac Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Heffner approaches each case using Potomac Law Firm’s philosophy of client-based service to create an enduring relationship with his clients.
Mr. Heffner graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and History. He graduated from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. While in law school, Mr. Heffner interned at Mayer Brown in Düsseldorf, Germany. Mr. Heffner will graduate in August 2020 with a Master of Public Administration and Policy from American University.
Mr. Heffner is licensed to practice law in the courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Heffner is also admitted to practice nationwide before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the United States Court of International Trade, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
